Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of products and services sold through zurhaartools.com, operated by Zurhaar Tools (eenmanszaak), KVK 42045392, based in the Netherlands. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and delivery

Zurhaar Tools sells digital products including browser extensions, scripts, templates, and tools. Products are delivered instantly after payment:

• Credit-based products — you receive a license key by email and on the confirmation page immediately after checkout. Credits are added to your account and never expire.
• Subscription products — you are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and receive continuous access to the product for the duration of your subscription. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Downloadable products — you receive a download link by email immediately after checkout.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details. All prices are listed in euros (EUR). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital products that are delivered immediately, this right is waived at the point of purchase. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and consent that:

• Digital content is delivered immediately after payment
• You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins
• This means purchases are final and non-refundable under the withdrawal right

Subscriptions: You can cancel a subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for the current billing period, but you will retain access until it ends.

Exceptions: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using a product, contact us at andreas@zurhaartools.com and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.

5. License and usage

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key with others. One license key is intended for one user.

6. Product availability

We strive to keep all products available and functional. However, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products. If a product you purchased is discontinued, your existing credits or licenses will remain valid.

7. Liability

Our products are provided "as is." While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that analysis results (such as job posting scans) are complete or error-free. Our tools are intended as an aid, not as professional advice. Zurhaar Tools is not liable for decisions made based on product output.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
